About your data

Dealer Composite stores your account details, selected plan and saved dealership models on its hosted server. Each account has a separate dealership database. No data is shared with peer groups or software vendors by this application.

Import monthly aggregate totals only. Customer names, contact details, VINs, payment credentials and employee-level records are not needed. Unmapped CSV columns are discarded. Mapped totals and import history are retained with your account.

The trial lasts 30 days from signup. After expiry, you retain read and export access; changes and simulations stop. Data is not automatically deleted at expiry. This early release uses a recovery code instead of email verification or password-reset emails: keep it somewhere safe. Pricing is in USD; no payment details are collected here.
